From June 02 to 04, Michael Sanderling conducted the Tonhalle-Orchester Zurich with Schostakovitch's concerto for violin n°1 and Tschaikovsky's Symphony n°1.
"... Balance and tone colour were perfect, even the densely orchestrated passages sound transparent. These are Sanderling‘s qualities that made Tchaikovsky‘s Symphony n° 1 in g-minor... a great experience."
