Giuliano Carmignola, Italy’s finest violinist and a long-time friend of the AAM, brings his unique style and virtuosic playing to a programme which explores the contrasting approaches of the Italian, French and German schools of violin writing at the height of the baroque period. Giuliano plays a violin by Pietro Guarneri from 1733 and has personally curated this programme to demonstrate both his skill and the AAM’s warmth and expertise in baroque string playing.

The Duo's background with contemporary music, demanding continuos evolution, paved the way to this project . The dance, the music and the scenographic tools come together with a mutual energy serving for a common cause and creating synergy between arts . Among different diciplines, Flamenco was the natural choice, since this marriage should be flamed with passion.
